    The CONA dues schedule for neighborhoods and homeowner associations is based on the number of households in your neighborhood.
1 - 200 households:

CONA is an all volunteer association.  Although Friends do not have voting rights, your financial support helps underwrite the organization's operational costs. Friends are an important source of support in carrying out our organizational mission.  Friends categories and associated sponsorship levels are as follows:

Membership in CONA is open to any neighborhood in Leon County, Florida interested in furthering the purposes of the organization. 

To become a member or maintain your membership, please complete and submit the appropriate application based on your current status. To see our rates, scroll down.

Neighborhood Renewal Member Application

If you have any questions or comments concerning CONA membership or specific to these applications, please contact Membership@econa.org. All applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors. New member applicants generally receive notification of the decision of the Board within 60 days after submitting an application. Renewal applications are automatically approved upon receipt.
